What is the treatment method for the oxide skin of stainless steel composite plates

1) The hot rolled stainless steel to be treated is shot blasted using a slurry jet mixed with water and abrasive, where the volume percentage of abrasive in the slurry is 30-40%;
2) After shot blasting treatment, perform the first grinding and brushing of the strip steel;
3) After the first grinding and brushing, the strip steel is pickled with dilute sulfuric acid;
4) Wash the strip steel after sulfuric acid pickling with water, and then perform a second grinding and brushing;
5) After the second grinding and brushing, the strip steel is pickled with a mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid;
6) After mixed acid pickling, the strip steel is cleaned with water, followed by a third grinding and brushing, and the strip steel is then cleaned with water. Due to the use of mud jet technology and the mixing of abrasive and water, the oxide scale on the surface of the strip steel can be more effectively removed, greatly reducing the consumption of acid in subsequent steps.
